3 Account Registration and Security

4 Order Placement and Payment Terms

Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application. All orders are subject to acceptance by HomeMeal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

• Credit and Debit cards (processed through PhonePe)

Pricing and Billing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscription plans are billed in advance
• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value
• We reserve the right to modify prices with 48 hours notice

• Any payments made through other domains, subdomains, or URLs will not be considered valid.

5 Subscription Plans

Plan Types

• Daily Plans: Monday to Saturday meal delivery
• Weekly Plans: 7-day meal packages
• Monthly Plans: 30-day comprehensive meal solutions
• Custom Plans: Tailored to specific dietary requirements

Subscription Management

• Subscriptions can be paused, resumed, or cancelled through your account
• Minimum 24 hours notice required for subscription modifications
• Unused meals can be carried forward within the subscription period
• Refunds for unused portions are governed by our Refund Policy

6 Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Schedule

• Lunch deliveries: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Dinner deliveries: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Delivery times may vary based on location and traffic conditions
• We provide real-time tracking for all deliveries

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas. Please check our serviceable pincode list on the website. We continuously expand our delivery zones based on demand.

12 Limitation of Liability

HomeMeal's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Food poisoning or allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies
• Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party payment gateway issues (handled by PhonePe)
